Refund Policy - the basics

At COVRT, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any hair products that have been opened, worn, altered, washed, colored, or tampered with.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at covrtfiles@gmail.com. To assist you promptly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item received.

Approved claims for damaged or incorrect items may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at the discretion of COVRT.

Please note that COVRT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and are in the possession of the carrier.

By placing an order with COVRT, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
